RealNetwork's service and support website gets millions of visitors a month who are looking for a solution to their unique and specific problem. Accommodating and solving each of those issues before they contact a live support agent is a challenge. At Real, we integrated RightNow Technologies' CRM system to handle the content of the website and provide a customer service interface for support representatives.
